Sales & Product Support Specialist is responsible for providing an outstanding level of service to customers and internal stakeholders including the internal Customer Service Team, external sales representatives (BDMs and Account Managers) and distributor sales representatives. This will include answering telephone calls, providing advice to customers, providing quotations, following up on quotations and processing customer orders to be despatched via the warehouse. The Sales & Product Specialist will also assist the Product Management team with various support & administration tasks.

This will include, but not be limited to:

• Answering calls, providing advice to customers, explaining how the products and solutions offered meet their needs.
• Providing price quotations and following up on them.
• Processing customer orders and handing over to operations team.
• Check in with clients after purchases to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and arrange for modifications if needed.
• You will also assist the Product Management team with various support & administration tasks.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable taking numerous calls per day.  The role will be based full-time in Chullora..

Required Qualifications:

• Electrical qualification (Trade, certificate/diploma or degree)
• Sales experience with IT Infrastructure products
• Sales experience with Industrial Electrical products
• Experience and familiarity with SAP R3 ERP System
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
