Job Description

Inventory management, Procurement, orders of parts from suppliers

Keeping things in order, helping with documentation

Booking service team and repair team site visit, scheduling repair services

Working with inside salesperson to get out invoices on time

 

Company – small business, part of a large organisation in the UK

New e-Commerce platform is about to go live – so customers will start ordering items online – will need to be prepared and proactive with the suppliers to have stock on hand at the warehouse

New Inside sales hire in Sydney + New BDM hire in Melbourne = workload will be distributed amongst everyone

Office hours – work from office (trying to build culture and they need hands on deck help) – WFH can be discussed with the GM

Location – Matraville area

Culture – Blue Collar business.

Products – Technical electrical and electronics components

Salary: 70k – 80k base + super
