160k - 180k Base + Super + Commissions

Commissions:

Transport: 1st Year - 10%, 2nd - 8%, 3rd - 6%, 4th - 4%

Warehousing: 1st Year - 5%, 2nd - 4%, 3rd - 3%, etc (But will go upto the Transport level in 2025)

 

Career Growth - VP level next (followed by Sr VP) Mid - Long term
